Altaussee: Child friendly, comfortable house with 2 apartments, above Altaussee, on the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge. Private: garden 300 m2, lawn sunning area, patio, barbecue. Parking. Grocers 1 km, restaurant 1.5 km. Tennis 2 km, golf course 3 km, mountain lift 1.5 km, cross-country ski trail 1 km. Lakeside bathing at Altauseersee, approx 2 km. The house is situated right next to a small river. Beautiful view of the mountains.

5-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with 1 double sofa bed, dining corner, satellite-TV, radio and stereo unit. 1 double bedroom. 1 small childrens room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: living room with 1 double sofa bed, dining corner, shower/WC and satellite-TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (4 hotplates). Electric heating. Balcony. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Glazed balcony. 1st floor with a partially sloping ceiling.

Altaussee - Grundlsee:
720 - 1800 m. The countryside welcomes its guests with wonderful peaks, mountain forests, flowering meadows and in the centre the deep blue Altaus lake. The Grundlsee lake (accessible via the Badaussee lake) offers tranquility and relaxation. Idyllic, quiet climatic health resort with 1897 inhabitants, 90 km south-east from Salzburg. In the resort: restaurant, bar. Access: railway station Bad Aussee. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Linz (LNZ), Graz (GRZ).

Ski school, childrens ski school. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Artificial ice rink, folkloric curling. Tauplitz-Bad Mitterndorf at 19 km.
