House Schimon, in a sunny, elevated position, in the green. For shared use: grounds 1000 m2. Grocers, restaurant 300 m. Swimming pool, tennis 300 m, riding stables, mountain lift 3 km. The writer, Peter Roseggers favourite church is situated in the immediate vicinity.

2-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels: living room with 2 pull-out beds, dining corner, satellite-TV, video, radio and wood burning oven. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds and hand-basin. Electric heating, wood heating. Small balcony. Terrace furniture. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Only 1 dog accepted. Electricity use/heating: Wood, coal and pressed coals for the wood-burningstove included in the price. The electricity costs until a level of 400 KW/h perweek are included in the price as well. Excess use has to be paid locally, EUR 0.18 per KW/h (Account, meter).

St Kathrein Am Hauenstein:
822 - 1302 m. The famous house of the poet Peter Rosegger (Waldheimat) is situated in one of the most beautiful forest regions in Austria. Quiet village with 741 inhabitants, 60 km north from Graz. In the resort: restaurant. Indoor pool, sauna at 4 km. Besides: doctor 4 km. More possibilities. Access: railway station Mürzzuschlag 26 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Graz (GRZ), Wien International (VIE).
