Description
Country house Sonnenhang, in the district of Weissenbach, 1.5 km from the centre of Strobl, in a sunny position. Private: grounds 800 m2 (fenced), garden, lawn sunning area. In the house: central heating, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant, ski bus stop 600 m. Indoor swimming pool 600 m, public bathing area 1.5 km, tennis 800 m, mountain lift 12 km, cross-country ski trail 600 m. This holiday home certainly lives up to its name! Situated on a sunny slope in a very quiet neighbourhood. Lake Wolfgangsee, approx 1.5 km. Access to the friendly, family skiing resort of Postalm 2 times a day with the free ski bus, or just a 10 minute drive by car. There is a through road 500 m away which is shielded by sound-proofed walls.

5-room house 150 m2 on 3 levels: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with dining table and cable-TV. 1 open double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC, exit to the balcony. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and dining corner. 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and hip bath/WC. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Nice view of the mountains. Garage. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The large kitchen is completely fitted. Lots of storage space. The basement is at ground level due to the sloped position. There is a dining table seating 8 in the lounge. Additional seating is provided in the rooms. Childrens bed can be booked on request (EUR 7/week).

Strobl:
540 - 1450 m. Explore Wolfgangsee, an inexhaustible source of wonderful memories. The area is beautiful with lakes and mountains, for wellbeing and relaxation. Family friendly holiday village with 3466 inhabitants, directly by the Wolfgangsee, 43 km east from Salzburg. In the resort: bar. Indoor pool, sauna, sun bed. More possibilities. Access: railway station Bad Ischl 13 km. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Salzburg (SZG), München Franz Josef (MUC).
