Stumm 1 km from Kaltenbach: Situated in the middle of the Ziller valley, in the heart of beautiful skiing and walking country, these typical 6 wooden houses very cosy, rustic holiday complex Alpendorf Eberharter, built in 2003 1 km from the centre of Stumm, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac, in the green. For shared use: grounds 2000 m2, childrens playground. Private: lawn sunning area, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna. Ski storage, central heating. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, ski bus stop 250 m. Swimming pool, tennis, golf course 1 km, mountain lift 2 km, cross-country ski trail 30 m. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 4 double bedrooms. 2 showers, sep. WC. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: cot. Please note: only small pets accepted. Please reserve child beds at the time of booking (childrens bedlinen payable locally). Important: The house can only be occupied by a maximum of 10 people (including childs bed).

Zillertal-Mitte:
560 - 2500 m. 5 villages in Zillertal- 5 different belltowers - liked by everyone. Each village has retained its own character. The 4 are linked by a steam railway. The region of Zillertal-Mitte (centre) comprises of Aschau, Ried, Kaltenbach, Uderns and Stumm. Small, cosy holiday centre, 50 km east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar. Indoor pool, sauna, sun bed, massage. More possibilities. Access: railway station in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Innsbruck (INN), München Franz Josef (MUC).

Ski-Optimal Hochfuegen-Zillertal. 4 cable cabins, 9 chair lifts, 20 drag lifts. Total 145 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, childrens ski school, ski kindergarten. 30 km cross country ski tracks in the region, high altidude pistes. Natural ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge).
