Description
Inzing 15 km from Telfs: Cosy, comfortable country house Markt, in the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position. For shared use: garden, lawn sunning area, childrens playground. In the house: central heating. Motor access to 25 m from the house. Parking by the house at 25 m individual garage (extra). Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 50 m. Swimming pool, tennis 600 m, mountain lift 7 km. Bakery 100m. Innsbruck 15 km. Numerous skiing areas within easy reach. The well cared for holiday home is situated on the same grounds as the owners inn. The big garden and the large childrens playground are sometimes used by theguests at the inn. Breakfast and half board available at the inn.

Telfs:
621 - 1250 m. The district of Telfs stretches from Oberinntal to Mosern and is bordered to the north by the Hohe Munde (2662 m) and to the south by the Inn river. Inzing is situated 15 km away. Busy resort, 26 km east from Innsbruck. Indoor pool, sauna, sun bed, massage. More possibilities. Access: railway station in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Innsbruck (INN), München Franz Josef (MUC).

The touristic region of "Tirolmitte" counts as one of the most beautiful regions of the the Northern Tyrol due to its sunny position and wooded surroundings. Swimming pool. Tennis, golf course 18 hole in Moesern 15 km. Riding. Fishing. Walking path, mountain walks, climbing. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks.
During winter time:
The central position of the touristic region is an ideal starting point for pure ski enjoyment on the most varied pistes. In particular, the Seefelder Plateau at 1200 m, Kuehtai at 2020 m, the Hochoetz ski resort, the Gruenberg in Obsteig on the Mieminger Plateau at 1000 m, the Axamer Lizum at 1600 m but also the Rangger Koepfl and many other ski resorts offer pure ski fun. Night skiing is also popular which is usually possible on certain days from 19.00 to 22.00. Ski region Seefeld 10 km, total of 29 lifts. Ski school, childrens ski school. 250 km cross country ski tracks in the region. Ice rink. Ski bus.
