Cottage for 12 persons in Zillertal-Mitte (Austria)

Description
Stumm 1 km from Kaltenbach: Cosy, comfortable country house Rissbacher, on the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Stumm, 2.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: garden, lawn sunning area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: ski storage, central heating. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 300 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Swimming pool 1 km, tennis 800 m, mountain lift 2.5 km, cross-country ski trail 300 m. The gym in the owners house (A6272/445C) can be used free of charge. Adventure park with swimming-pool, wild west fort, large play-ground, ski-lift for children and bathing lake, only a few minutes away. The shuttle ski-bus, is only a hundred meters away, and takes you for free to ski resorts (2.5 km away) Kaltenbach or to the popular Zillertal Arena with the ski resort Zell-Gerlos-Koenigsleiten. Refined house in a great area! The basement apartment is very rarely inhabited (own entrance).

6-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels, rustic and tasteful furnishings: living room with 1 double sofa bed and satellite-TV tiled stove. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher) with dining corner. Bath-room, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed and 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/WC. 2 large balconies, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Lovely view of the mountains. A double room with an ensuite cupboard room. From almost every room, there is direct access to the large balconies. The kitchen has a large dining area and beautiful wooden panelling. There is also a lovely tiled stove in the living room. Maximum of 14 people and a cot in the accommodation. Additional price for the 13th and 14th person to be paid locally: EUR 10/person/day.

Zillertal-Mitte:
560 - 2500 m. 5 villages in Zillertal- 5 different belltowers - liked by everyone. Each village has retained its own character. The 4 are linked by a steam railway. The region of Zillertal-Mitte (centre) comprises of Aschau, Ried, Kaltenbach, Uderns and Stumm. Small, cosy holiday centre, 50 km east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar. Indoor pool, sauna, sun bed, massage. More possibilities. Access: railway station in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Innsbruck (INN), München Franz Josef (MUC).

During summer time:
Bathing lake. Swimming pool. Tennis. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Paragliding. Walking path, mountain walks. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks, bicycles for hire. Amusement park "Aufenfeld" 2 km. Different means of accessing the mountains (cable car, and mountain trains).
During winter time:
Ski-Optimal Hochfuegen-Zillertal. 4 cable cabins, 9 chair lifts, 20 drag lifts. Total 145 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, childrens ski school, ski kindergarten. 30 km cross country ski tracks in the region, high altidude pistes. Natural ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge).
