Description
Thüringerberg 40 km from Zürs/Lech: Old, historical farm-house from the 18th-century, outside the resort, 1.3 km from the centre of Thüringerberg, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 50 m from the woods edge, in the green. Private: grounds 500 m2, natural garden, lawn sunning area, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant 1.5 km, ski bus stop 1.3 km, bus stop 1 km. Cable car, ice rink 2 km. Please note: car essential.

Housing:
5-room house 170 m2 on 2 levels, rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living room, ceiling height 190 - 210 cm, , with dining corner tiled stove. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room ceiling height 190 - 200 cm, with 2 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and electric heating. 2 double bedrooms. Gallery. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Maximum 2 dogs accepted. Room height 190- 200 cm, the tiled stove is in the living room. Please note: The ladder to the 1st floor is steep and there is no landing. Logs should be paid locally.

Bregenzerwald:
The Bregenzerwald is situated right in the west of Austria near the borders with Germany and Switzerland, a few kilometres from Lake Constance (Bodensee). Famous, idyllic holiday centre with beautiful view. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Altenrhein (ACH), München Franz Josef (MUC).

During summer time:
Canoeing, river rafting. Tennis, golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Paragliding. Cable cars, chair lifts, walking path, mountain walks, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks. Childrens playground, amusement park.
During winter time:
The Bregenzerwald is the starting point for the 3 valley skiing. Total of 115 lifts. 6 cable cabins, 27 chair lifts, 48 drag lifts, 35 childrens ski lifts. 170 ski runs, total length 289 km, snowboard piste. Ski school, childrens ski school. 313 km cross country ski tracks in the region. Ice rink, natural ice rink.
