Description
Lungötz 4 km from St.Martin: Cosy, rustic country house Plaik-Häusl, built in 1850, renovated in 2004, surrounded by trees, outside the resort, in a secluded, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, in the green. Private: grounds, garden with lawn and plants, terrace (30 m2). In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 3 km, restaurant, ski bus stop 1 km. Cable car, mountain lift 7 km, cross-country ski trail 10 m. Please note: car essential. This house is ideal for families due to its quiet location on the edge of a forest and its proximity to the skiing area of Dachstein West (7km away).

4-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels, fully renovated in 2004, nice and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with swedish stove, dining table, satellite-TV, radio and CD-player. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. 1 large room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Large gallery, exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 6 m2. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (5), box-room. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

St Martin:
950 - 1250 m. St Martin belongs to one of the prettiest regions in Pongau and Salzburgerland and is situated 1000 metres above sea level. Cosy, quiet holiday village, 71 km south-east from Salzburg. Bar. Besides: chemist, doctor. More possibilities. Access: railway station Bischofshofen. For arrivals by plane: airport Salzburg (SZG), München - Franz Jose (MUC).

During summer time:
Bathing lake, 8 km from the resort. Swimming pool. Tennis. Riding. Fishing. Paragliding. Walking path, mountain walks. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks. Water park (lake) with slide and beach volleyball pitch.
During winter time:
Ski region St. Martin, total of 4 lifts. Ski school, ski kindergarten. 30 km cross country ski tracks in the resort, winter walking paths. Toboggan-runs. Natural ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further skiing: Dachstein West at 8 km, Sportwelt Amadé at 9 km.
