Description
Pettenbach 15 km from Kremsmünster: Small, cosy house, surrounded by trees, outside the resort, in a secluded position, in the green. Private: grounds, garden, table tennis, barbecue. (Via unmade road). Parking by the house. Grocers 3.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1.5 km. Swimming pool 9 km, tennis 3.5 km, golf course 20 km, cable car 40 km, ice rink 11 km. Please note: car essential. There is a beautiful natural pond in the garden.

Housing:
2-room house 50 m2, rustic furnishings: 1 small room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Living room with swedish stove, dining corner and TV. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, dishwasher) with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/WC. Large patio. Nice view of the countryside.

Kremstal:
450 m. Kremstal together with the resorts of Schlierbach, Kirchdorf and Inzersdorf lie in the Alpine meadows and have various summer and winter activities for all wishes. Holiday centre, 55 km south from Linz. Cinema. Indoor pool, thermal pool, wellness centre, sauna, health cures at 5 - 20 km. Access: railway station Kirchdorf. For arrivals by plane: airport Linz (LNZ), Salzburg (SZG).
