You occupy the gardeners house from the Ernegg castle situated at the foot of the castle hill and directly by the golf course. Cosy chalet, 1 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the green. Private: garden 150 m2. Breakfast on request. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 1 km. Swimming pool, tennis 1 km, golf course 10 m, riding stables 25 m. Good transport location in the heart of Austria, ideal starting point for excursions. 1 hour by car to Vienna and Linz, 2 hours from Salzburg. Breakfast available, sun terrace and Ritter bar available evenings in the nearby castle. SPECIAL OFFER: As a guest of Ernegg castle you receive 50% green fee discount for the 18-hole golf course (1st hole only 20 m away). The 9-hole golf course is free of charge!

It is surrounded by wooded hills with fields and meadows. Small, cosy resort with 2320 inhabitants, 62 km west from St Poelten. In the resort: shops, grocers, bakers, bank, restaurant. Amstetten 20 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Wien Schwechat (VIE).
