A few kilometres away, Walcourt is a high resort dominating a large square lined with Patrician houses and houses with grey slate roofs. You can also visit the churches of Saint Pierre and Paul, the shrine of Saint Pierre dates from 17th century.
Activities: During summer time: 10-20 km away, the complex of Eau dHeure reunites the largest lakes in Belgium. The dam installations of Plate Taille (tower of 107 m, turbine and electric central room) are captivating. There, you can see some lovely aquariums and an audio-visual film on the construction of the complex. Boat excursions along the lake from Easter to end September.
