Situated in the Posazavi holiday area, 100 m from the Sazava river. House 5 km from the centre of Ledec nad Sßzavou, in a secluded, sunny position, 100 m from the river. Private: garden 150 m2 (fenced), patio. Grocers, restaurant 5 km, railway station 1 km. Sunshade. Barbecue area by the river (shared). Parking near the house. Train line on the river bank opposite.

3-room house 55 m2: living room 12 m2, with 1 double sofa bed. Kitchen-/living room (3 hotplates, micro wave) with radio, exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Wood heating. Upper floor: small gallery. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds, exit to the loggia. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. View of the countryside and the river. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Wood or charcoal oven in the kitchen.

353 m. City with 6420 inhabitants. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor pool at 24 km. Havlickuv Brod 24 km. Praha 95 km. Svetla nad Sazavou 12 km. In the picturesque valley of the River Sazava, on the dge of the hilly landscape of Ceskomoravska vrchovina. There is a Gothic church, Jewish cemetary from the 17th century and a castle with museum in town. For arrivals by plane: airport Prag (PRG).
