This lovely wooden holiday home was constructed in 1991 and is situated in Spodsbjerg together with the identical houses G10160, G10161, G10163 and G10164 on adjoining properties. They are similar and differ in the choice of colours. They are equipped with many modern conveniences, and each has an extra TV in the kitchen division. There is a bathroom with a whirlpool for 2 persons and a sauna. Two of the ten sleeping places are in the alcove in the dining/living room. The houses are near a good and family-friendly beach. There are very good angling possibilities in the area, an outdoor area to clean fish and a 300 litre deep freezer. They are situated just a few kilometres from a put and take lake and the town of Rudkøbing.
