Provencal house divided into 2 terraced houses, situated on the Apt hills in grounds of 1 hectare with lawn and fruit trees. For shared use: swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 80 - 190 cm, 30.05.-30.09.), garden furniture. Parking, in the grounds. Shop, restaurant 4 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same grounds. View of the Luberon.The pool is open from 30.05 to 30.09.

3-room house 60 m2: living/dining room 30 m2, with 1 sofa bed and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (2 hotplates, dishwasher, deep freezer). Shower, sep. WC. 2 terraces 20 m2, partly covered. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Electric heating extra from 1 November to 30 April, to be paid for on site according to use. Deposit: 305 euros.

Old city with 11172 inhabitants, 50 km east from Avignon. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Museum, attractions. Access: railway station Avignon 53 km. Bus service. Cavaillon 30 km. Carpentras 50 km. Aix en Provence 56 km. To visit: the Ste Anne Basilica. For arrivals by plane: airport Marseille (MRS) 84 km, Avignon (AVN) 55 km.
