Description
Villa La Bartavelle. Private: grounds 4000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 6 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, 01.05.-15.10.), terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, childrens playground (swing). Parking. Shop, restaurant 3 km. Please note: car essential. The swimming pool is secured by an alarm. The departmental road 22 passes 150 m from the end of the grounds, protected by a large hedge.The pool is open from 01.05 to 30.09.

6-room house 145 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room 40 m2, with satellite-TV, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery. 1 room with 1 double bed and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed and b/w-TV. 1 room with 2 beds and b/w-TV. Bath-room, sep. WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Sauna for 2 people. Laundry: washing machine, ironing board and iron. Electric heating extra from 1 November to 30 April to be paid for on site according to use. Deposit: 460 euros.

Old city with 11172 inhabitants, 50 km east from Avignon. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Museum, attractions. Access: railway station Avignon 53 km. Bus service. Cavaillon 30 km. Carpentras 50 km. Aix en Provence 56 km. To visit: the Ste Anne Basilica. For arrivals by plane: airport Marseille (MRS) 84 km, Avignon (AVN) 55 km.
