Campestra: small hamlet 6 km from Chiavari. The complex consists of 2 terraced houses and 1 detached house, situated on slightly sloping land. Small holiday complex, outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Chiavari, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: garden 4000 m2 lawn and trees, swimming pool (6 x 13 m, depth 110 - 240 cm, 01.04.-30.10.), table tennis, garden furniture. Parking. Grocers, restaurant 6 km. Sandy beach, rocky beach 6 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same grounds. Ideal for nature lovers.A dog is attached to the entrance of the owners property. Animals are strictly forbidden.The pool is open from 01.04 to 30.10.

Chiavari is a small resort on a hill, 40 km south of Ajaccio. Very beautiful rambling area, 5 km from the sea. Beautiful sandy and rocky beach. Grocers and restaurants in the resort. Air and ship connections from Ajaccio.
