Private: grounds 1140 m2, natural garden, lawn sunning area 400 m2, barbecue. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking. Shop, grocers, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bus stop 1 km, railway station Suhl 5 km. Swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, tennis 2 km, ski lift, ski runs 3.5 km, cross-country ski trail 500 m. Please note: car essential. Footpaths in front of the house. Rennsteig 7 km. The holiday house is situated on the southern slope of the big Beer mountain, 640 m above sea level in Erholungsgebiet Geiersberg.

3-room house 73 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor: living/dining room with satellite-TV and radio, exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with TV. Kitchen (oven, micro wave) with hatch. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Rustical cellar bar with sitting corner, fire-place and exit to the terrace with furniture.
Suhl:
Well-known city with 56000 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, in a valley, 15 km from Oberhof, 25 km from Meiningen, 30 km from Ilmenau. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor pool, sauna, sun bed. Access: railway station in the resort. Hildburgausen 30 km. Arnstadt 45 km. Bad Salzungen 55 km. Do not miss: the old interior part of the town, museum and Phaenomania -Family sports activities. For arrivals by plane: airport Erfurt (ERF) 70 km, Nürnberg (NUE) 170 km.
