Small living room with satellite-TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed. 1 large double bedroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining table. Bath/shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom. Shower/WC. Upper floor (steep stair): 1 large double bedroom. Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: washing machine (extra). Please note: maximum 2 dogs accepted. Access to the upper floor by steep wooden staircase (retractable) from the vestibule on the ground floor. Storage for bicycles.

Well-known holiday resort with 3000 inhabitants, 60 km from Koblenz, 75 km from Köln, 107 km from Aachen. In the resort: shops, restaurant. Indoor pool, thermal pool, sauna, sun bed, health cures at 10 - 25 km. Access: railway station Ahrbrück 14 km. Trier 90 km. Nürburgring 10 km. Cochem 55 km. Due to the proximity to the Nuerburgring, noise in holiday apartments in Adenau and the surrounding areas must be reckoned with. For arrivals by plane: airport Köln (CGN) 70 km, Hahn (HHN) 101 km, Düsseldorf (DUS) 130 km.

Cross country skiing in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler and Nurberg, downhill (2 lifts) and toboggan run in Jammelshofen.
