Thatched terraced house Haus Süderhoog, on the outskirts, 800 m from the centre of Keitum, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the green. Private: garden 200 m2, lawn sunning area, garden furniture. In the house: central heating. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocers 600 m, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station Keitum 300 m. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 1 km, sandy beach 5 km, tennis 2 km, golf course 5 km, riding stables 500 m. Please note: railway line 50 m from the property. The railway connects Niebüll to Westerland.

5-room terraced house 103 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor: living/dining room with satellite-TV, video, CD-player and stereo unit. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom. 2 double bedrooms. Bath/WC. Top floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Shower/WC. Terrace. Garden. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, childrens highchair. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The large bedroom has seven windows. There are two deck chairs in the garden.

Keitum:
Well-known holiday resort, in the eastern part of the island directly by the sea, 5 km from Westerland, 45 km from Flensburg, 200 km from Hamburg. In the resort: shops, grocers, restaurant. Wellness centre, health cures. Access: railway station in the resort. Husum 45 km. Schleswig 75 km. Kiel 125 km. The historical district of Keitum, the green heart of the Sylt Island (the largest island of the north sea, 99 km²), is recommended to visitors for its thatched roofs which are 200 years old. The Sylt Island can be accessed from Niebull, on the Hindenburgdanm, which has connected Sylt to the main Island since 1927. For arrivals by plane: airport Hamburg (HAM) 195 km, Westerland (GWT) 5 km.
