Parking by the house. Shop 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 8 km. Swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km, sandy beach 25 km. Please note: car essential. Hire of bicycles (extra). Several times in a week a grocery van will visit the complex.

3-room semi-detached house 75 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, practical and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofa bed and satellite-TV tiled stove. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (2 hotplates, micro wave). Shower/WC. Upper floor (steep stair): 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Mobile electric heaters.
Goldberg:
Possible excursions to the famous resort of the Ostsee and the towns of Wismar, Rostock, Stralsund and Hamburg (160 km). Also interesting is a trip of the steam train Molli from Bad Doberan (25 km) to Kuhlungsborn. Small hamlet in the interior 25 km from the sea, from the lake, 32 km from Wismar, 34 km from Rostock, 87 km from Lübeck. All shops, restaurants etc. in Satow 10 km. Kühlungsborn 30 km. Rerik 27 km. Stralsund 110 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Rostock (RLG) 40 km, Hamburg (HAM) 150 km.
