This wheelchair and child-friendly holiday home is situated just 20 m from the old Elbe tributary dike (across a side road) ideal for inline-skating, walks and bike tours to the main Elbe dike. The Prinzenhof is a property with 3 buildings - the holiday house is located in the centre of the grounds; the attractive indoor pool with reverse current system (no chlorine added to water but oxygen), seating area and shower are in the owners house (8 m from the holiday house with direct access from outside) with unlimited use to guests free of charge.

4-room house 125 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living room with satellite-TV and stereo unit. 1 double bedroom with satellite-TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer) with dining table, radio and CD-player. Shower/WC. Upper floor: living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 sofa bed and satellite-TV. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Bath/WC. Patio. Lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, childrens highchair. Reserved parking. Wheelchair ramp in front of the house. The ground floor bathroom has been extended for wheelchairs. View of the Elbe from the twin room. On the small lawned area behind the house there is a beach chair as well as childrens swings and sandpit; directly behind that are the paddocks and stables belonging to the owner (guest stables, pasture and riding area available on request and at extra cost). Free use of 4 bikes.
Balje:
Small, quiet, family friendly holiday resort, in the countryside, in an idyllic position, 20 km from Wingst, 20 km from Otterndorf, 35 km from Cuxhaven. All shops, restaurants etc. 3 - 10 km. Access: motorway A27, exit number Cuxhaven. Wischhafen 18 km. Stade 45 km. Balje is situated in a natural park approx 2 km from the Elbe dyke, Natural meseum. Walks in the park. For arrivals by plane: airport Hamburg (HAM) 85 km, Bremen (BRE) 130 km.
