House, outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of Mihla, in a quiet position on a slope, directly by the woods edge, south facing position. Private: grounds 4500 m2, lawn sunning area, patio, terrace, garden furniture. Parking. Shop, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 250 m. Swimming pool 3.5 km. Separate barbeque hut with open fire and seating. The house is situated in close proximity to the nature reserve and Hainich National park and has a beautiful view of the Werra river and the village.

4-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor: living/dining room with swedish stove, TV, radio and electric heater. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Kitchen. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor (outdoor steps): shower/WC. Electric heating. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Common room with no heating.

204 - 280 m. Holiday resort with 2700 inhabitants, 13 km from Eisenach, 20 km from Mühlhausen, 75 km from Erfurt. All shops, restaurants etc. in Eisenach. In the resort: shopping centre, shops, bank, restaurant. Besides: doctor. Access: railway station Eisenach. Bus service. Trips to Creuzburg (10 km), walking path Rennsteig (12 km), to Friedrichrode (30 km), the town of Goethe Weimar (90 km) or Warburg to Eisenach (13 km), the birthplace of JS Bach. For arrivals by plane: airport Erfurt (ERF) 75 km, Frankfurt/Main (FRA) 207 km.
