This nbeautiful old half-timber house (under monumental care) from 1730 is completely renovated and furnished with antique furniture. The holiday house is approx. 80m2. The owner lives in a section of the house. At the other holiday house of the owner, which is closely situated is a Wellness-oasis, which you can use at a cost.
Hellenthal-Reifferscheid is located between Schleiden and Blankenheim and approx. 75 km from Keulen and 55km from Aken. The house with a view over the valley is in a car free town Reifferscheid, surrounded by a beautiful nature. You can hike directly from the house. If you would rather like to cycle then it is no problem, there are diverse cycling routes in the surrounding. Within 20 km from Hellenthal is the Euro Tecnica, with one of the biggest digital model railways of Europe.
