Description
House situated at 1200 m of altitude with wonderful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains, ideal starting point for local excursions.Cable cabin to Pila approx 15 km. Detached house, on the outskirts, 9 km from the centre of Sarre, 10 km from the centre of St Nicolas, in a quiet, sunny position. Parking. Grocers 9 km, restaurant 600 m. Riding stables 5 km, cross-country ski trail 10 km.

Housing:
2-room house 40 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace and TV. Kitchenette (oven). Gas heating. On the lower ground floor (steep stair): 1 double bedroom. Hip bath/bidet/WC. Balcony. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Wood extra.

Sarre:
The village of Sarre with its castle, is situated 6 km from Aoste. The village is famous for its castle which belonged to the Bard and the Savoia families.

Activities:
During summer time:
Geart holiday village with numorous walking paths, hiking and climbing possibilities.
During winter time:
The village is situated 6 km from Aosta and offers numerous possibilities to the winter sports lover: from Aosta there is a cable car which in 20 minutes takes someone up to the ski resort of Pila. In Saint Nicolas (11 km) there is a well known cross country ski trail. The position of this valley enjoys a great deal of sun, almost 8 hours a day, even during the winter season.
