Description
Detached house, 5 km from the centre of Villeneuve, 15 km from the centre of Aosta, in a quiet position. Private: garden (fenced), meadow, garden furniture. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Public parking 50 m. Shop, grocers, restaurant 5 km. Please note: car essential. House in typical local style, situated 1100 m of altitude.

Housing:
2-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels: kitchen-/living room (oven). Shower/WC. Upper floor: living room with 1 double sofa bed, TV and video, exit to the balcony. Gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 220 - 100 cm, with 2 beds. Panoramic view of the mountains. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. From the balcony there is access to the garden. The ladder going into the mezzanine is only 50 cm wide. Furnished in local style, no platser on the walls and beamed ceilings.

Villeneuve:
Villeneuve is situated a few kilometres from Aosta, on a hill at an altitude of 640 m above sea level, on the shores of the Dora Baltea River. At this point the Rheme Valley and the Savaranche Valley meet. Ideal base for excursions into the National Park of Gran Paradiso.
