For shared use: park 7000 m2 with lawn, plants, flowers and trees, table tennis, garden furniture. Parking by the house. Shopping centre, restaurant 5 km. Swimming pool 5 km, sandy beach 8 km, tennis 5 km. Please note: car essential. 15 km from dAncona. Large furnished pergola in front of the house. Furnished porch with barbecue and fire wood.

Small village with a Middle Age castle situated between the Marche hills, approx 10 km from the sea and the sandy beaches. Motorway exit, railway station and airport in Falconara Marittima, 10 km away.Many interesting places to visit like:Ancona, Urbino, S leo, Gradara, Frasassi Caves and the beautiful beaches of Numana and Sirolo.
