For shared use: grounds 20 ha, swimming pool (7 x 15 m, 01.06.-30.09.), outside shower, table tennis. Private: arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (400 m via unmade road). Parking. Please note: car essential. The grounds and the swimming pool (electronic water controls) are for shared use with I4884/101 which is situated 10 m away. Garden has automatic water system. Gazebo, 90 m2, for sole use.The pool is open from 01.06 to 30.09.

Cittą Santangelo:
Situated 317 m in altitude, 12 km north west of Montesilvano Marina and 21 km from Pescara, this picturesque village in the hinterland has kept its medieval character. To visit: the collegiate of San Michele dating from the 8th century with the sarcophagus of Amico di Buon Amicizia, the church of San Francesco and Santa Chiara.
