Description
In a panoramic position 80 m above sea level with magnificent views to the Gulf and Portoferraio. Comfortable house Villa Gamba, above Magazzini (500 m) 8 km from the centre of Portoferraio, 9 km from the centre of Portoazzurro, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 500 m from the sea. Private: grounds 3500 m2 with lawn 400 m2, swimming pool (8 x 16 m, 01.05.-30.09.), table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna. Covered parking by the house. Grocers 2 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bar, sports harbour 500 m. Sandy beach, public bathing area 2 km. Lit paths lead from the house. Finnish sauna (2 rooms sleeping 6 with shower), remote-controlled gate, intercom with video, small timber playhouse for children, garden house (2-3x/week a gardener comes), automatic watering system, solar panels, electric shutters. Due to the lay-out of the house, electricity must be paid locally and according to usage. In the event of a water shortage, water can be taken from the propertys own well (not for dri nking). The bath to the double room is in the same room, with a whirlpool bath and twin wash hand basins. The attic floor opens onto the lounge. The room in the basement is one room with a gym and sleeping corner, separated by a wardrobe. The window is at a height of 1.8 m and 2 portholes look onto the swimming pool below the water level. The covered terrace has a table and sea view; the open terrace has table tennis, outdoor kitchen wi th sink, wood-fired stove, barbeque, table. Annex: 1 single bed, small kitchenette and loft room with double bed on the floor. Shower/bidet/WC.
Elba Magazzini: Small tourist resort on the north of the island in the area if Portoferraio. Sandy beach. Shop and bar.
