In a dominant position over the fossil woods near Dunarobba (Foresta Fossile), 100 m: Modern house with 2 apartments Villa Bernardini, 2 storeys 3 km from the centre of Avigliano Umbro, 20 km from the centre of Todi, 30 km from the centre of Terni, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. Private: large garden (fenced), swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 01.06.-01.09.), garden furniture. (700 m via unmade road). Parking, in the grounds. Shop 3 km, grocers 2 km, restaurant 3 km. The ground floor is unoccupied. There is a further unoccupied single house within the same grounds. The owner looks after the garden twice a week.The pool is open from 01.06 to 01.09.

4-room apartment 130 m2 on 1st floor: large lounge 48 m2, with open fireplace and TV, exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette. Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Shower with drain directly on the floor.

Avigliano is a small village situated in an ideal position to visit towns such as Orieto, Todi, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto and the Marmore waterfalls which are 35 km away. Rome 100 km. Worthseeing is the Foresta Fossile (fossil forest) with its museums.
