For shared use: grounds 6000 m2 with trees. Private: terrace (200 m2), barbecue. Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Covered parking. Grocers, restaurant 2.5 km. Swimming pool 2 km, sandy beach 18 km.

The historic little town of Ceglie Messapica is situated in the interior of the country on a hillock in the far south of Murge. The castle and churches are worth visiting. Services include restaurants, shops, tennis and bowling centre. Brindisi is 35 km south east. 16 km to the Adriatic coast (seaside resort Villanova). Trips to Ostuni (11 km) or Taranto (35 km) with numerous folkloric activities. Martina Franca 16 km, Taranto 35 km.
