Detached house, 3 km from the centre of Balestrate, 55 km from the centre of Palermo, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: grounds 4000 m2, orchard, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking. Shop 3 km, grocers 2.5 km, restaurant 3 km, railway station Balestrate 3 km. Sandy beach 3 km, riding stables 200 m. Please note: car essential.

3-room house, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds and 1 double bed. Kitchenette (deep freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace. View of the sea. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Balestrate:
The fishing village of Balestrate is on the north coast of Sicily, 40 km west of Palermo, right on the coast (Golfo Castellammare). From here it is very easy to reach the main towns of the western part of the island such as Palermo, Trapani, Monte Erice, Isole Egadi, Sciacca, Mazzara del Vallo, Marsala etc. by car or by rail. Excursions to the temples of Segesta (20 km), Selinunte (50 km), Agrigento.
