Description
Detached house, outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Avola, 10 m from the sea. Private: grounds 260 m2 (fenced), garden furniture, barbecue. Parking by the house. Grocers 5 km, restaurant 1.5 km. Sandy beach 10 m. Direct access to the beach. Barbecue. For guests use: 2 small rowing boats.

Housing:
4-room house on 2 levels, on the ground floor: living/dining room with sloping ceilings, exit to the veranda. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (oven, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Top floor (spiral staircase): 1 double bedroom ceiling height 235 - 175 cm, with air-conditioning. Facilities: washing machine.

Avola:
Avola is situated 24 km south of Siracusa, it was rebuilt at the beginning of the 1700 with an original urbanistic design as a cross inserted in an hexagon. Nowadays Avola is a well developed agricultural centre. Noto is 7 km away.
