Description
Once a couch house, with lovely view of the lake Trasimeno, situated 3 km from Castiglione del lago, renovated and divided in nice apartments, 7 are in our bookterracotta flooring and beam ceilings, furnished with original pieces of the 19th century. The outdoor area is enclosed and furnished with gardn furniture. The position of La Bandita, right at the border between Tuscany and Umbria, offers numerous possibilities of excursions. There ids a public phone and a volley ball court. Swimming pool is open between 09.00h to 13.30h and 15.30h - 20.00h to avoid noise during the resting hours. Pets: only if very small and well behave. House Fattoria La Bandita. For shared use: swimming pool (7 x 15 m, 29.05.-25.09.), tennis, barbecue.The pool is open from 29.05 to 25.09.

3-room apartment 57 m2, on the ground floor: living/dining room. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed. Kitchenette. Shower/bidet/WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. 2 private furnished outdoor areas.

Castiglione Del Lago:
Well-known bathing resort with 14000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region directly by the Lago Trasimeno, 50 km west from Perugia, 62 km south from Arezzo. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal pool, health cures at 20 km. Access: motorway A1 Firenze - Roma, exit number Valdichiana. Then road 75bis - SS. 71. Railway station in the resort. Cortona 25 km. Chiusi 15 km. Chianciano Terme 20 km. Castiglione del lago was built on a limestone headland which used to be the 4thisland on the Lake Trasimeno. Many archeological finds from its Etrurian originswere discovered in the countryside. Many beaches. Daily ferry trips to the other 3 islands. For arrivals by plane: airport Firenze (FLR) 135 km.
