Cottage for 4 persons in Vasto (Italy)

Description
New house, built in 2001, in the resort 500 m from the centre of Vasto, 3 km from the sea, on a side street. Private: grounds 40 m2 (fenced), garden furniture. Parking on the road. Shop, grocers, restaurant 500 m, railway station 3 km. Sandy beach 2.5 km, pebble beach 1.5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. Access to the house via staircase.

Housing:
3-room house 45 m2, simple furnishings: living/dining room with TV can be hired. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 double bedroom, exit to the garden. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Facilities: washing machine.

Vasto:
Old town on the Adriatic coast situated on a hill with wonderful panoramic view.To visit: the castle, the Marchesale palace and numerous churches of great artistic interest. During the Summer season there are many cultural and gastronomicalevents. Vasto Marina is in important holiday resort with a long sandy beach. Daily connections with the Tremiti Island.
