House with 2 apartments, outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Ciro Marina, in a secluded, sunny position, 4 km from the sea. For shared use: garden (fenced), garden furniture, barbecue. Parking by the house. Shop, grocers 4 km. Sandy beach 4 km, riding stables 3 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

2-room apartment 65 m2, on the ground floor: 1 double bedroom with satellite-TV, exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven) with dining table. Air-conditioning (extra). Please note: only 1 dog accepted. ,Breakfast service on request (extra).

Ciro Marina:
Ciro Marina is situated on the Ionian sea coast approx 36 km from Crotone, 107 km from Catanzaro. The main economical activities are agriculture, fishing and tourism. Once a Greek town called Crimisa, it had a strategic position for the navigation of that time. Many invasions from the Turks. There is a castle built in the 15 century, a small archeological, the ruins of a temple of the 5th century B.C. Many bars, restaurants, shops and a nice beach with clean sea.
