Description
Old house, built in 1600, renovated, 10 km from the centre of Rimini, in a quiet, sunny position, in the green. Private: garden (fenced), garden furniture. Parking by the house. Restaurant 2 km. Tennis, golf course, riding stables 2 km. 300 m away there is a small lake for fishing. Telephone box 300 m.

Housing:
5-room house on 2 levels, antique and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with open fireplace and TV. Kitchen-/living room with open fireplace. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 double bed. Lounge. Bath/bidet/WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The stairs to the first floor has no balustrade. All windows have mosquito nets.

Corpolò:
Small village in the hinterland, 10 km west of the famous bathing resort Rimini in the street direction Verucchio. Starting point for excursions in the interior of the country, to the cities San Leo, Urbino, Ravenna and to the autonomous Republic San Marino.
