Capri: The isle of Capri is situated in the southern part of the golf of Naples, opposite the peninsular of Sorrento - 5 kms. Made up of Capri and Anacapri, the island offers wild coastal areas, with many interesting little caves. An excursion departs Anacapri, for the Grotte bleue. Points of interest: la place Umberto - where the locals meet, the Palazzo Cerio and the Chartreuse de St Giacomo. Private cars are not allowed on the island - all vehicles must be left in the parking area near the port.
