The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with among others a veranda with terrace (total 70m2) and own garden (85m2). Ideal to enjoy the lake and to visit Rome and the coast, without the pressure of staying in the town! In the surrounding: Bracciano Lake within 1km, the coast (Ladispoli) within 21km, Rome (within 38km, approx. 40 minutes by car.).
In the direct surrounding is the town Bracciano, where you will find all the provisions like shops, bars and restaurants, swimming pools in a peaceful holiday atmosphere.
The accommodation is not specifically suited for "active" children due to the interior (antique and expensive furniture).
The friendly and helpful owners live in the bottom apartment.
