A large monumental farm on t'Hoogelaand between Rasquert and Den Andel where farmers have been cultivating their wheat and potatoes for more than 250 years. The former front of the house with its authentic elements, where the maids and workers used to live has been transformed into a luxurious appartment. All this to forget daily life stress. When the weather is less cooperative, a day in the "City" is a good alternative. Many museums welcome you, among others the world-famous Groninger Museum, shops, galleries and restaurants are worth the visit.
