Description

Detached house situated in enclosed grounds, 800 m2. Sunny position. Garden, 500 m2, with garden furniture. Grill. Gardno lake 300 m. Sea with sandy beach 8-10 km. Centre, shops, bus stop 300 m. Restaurant 200 m. Covered parking place.

Housing:
2-room house, on 2 levels (rooms on the 1st floor are closed). Ground floor (96 m2): large living/dining room with fire place, double sofa, TV, radio and acces to a terrace, 40 m2. There is separated part of the living/dining room (unlocked, with a window) with double bed. Kitchen opened to the living room (4 electric hobs, oven). Shower/WC. 1 room with 2 single beds. 1st floor: bath/WC.

Gardna Wielka:
Resort, 25 km from Ustka, 40 km from Leba, 250 km from Szczecin. In the resort: shops, restaurant. Access: railway station Ustka 25 m. Bus service. Village situated on the edge of Slowinski National Park called Polish Sahara with mobile dunes, turf, beautiful plants - 800 species and 260 species of birds. Gardna Wielka is situated by the Gardno Lake (over 2468 ha), with a great stone called Devil Stone that can be seen by the coast of the lake (yellow track). There is the highest mountain of that part of the coast, 6 km from the village called Rowokol (115 m n.p.m.). There is a track to the top of that mountain. There is an exciting view of the surroundings from the panorama tower: line of dunes from Gardno Lake to Smoldzino, further to the east up to Lebsko Lake, with a park with Czolpinska Lamp. Smoldzino 7 km. Kluki (museum) 19 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Gdansk (GDN) 110 km.
