Kierzki: Small hamlet, 35 km east from Wegorzewo, 45 km from Gizycko, 140 km from Olsztyn. Access: railway station Wegorzewo 35 km. Kierzki is situated in Puszcza Borecka - the least known region in Poland. Woods and waters in the area are rich in wild animals, 150 species of birds live there (f.ex. golden eagle, osprey, black stark). In the heart of forest it is possible to meet f.ex. aurochs, roe-deers, beavers. Olsztyn 140 km. Goldap with border crossing to Russia - 20 km.
