Description
The house is situated in a holiday urbanization new, nice, comfortable house, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the woods edge, in the green. Private: grounds 650 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 120 cm), table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Central heating, burglar alarm. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking by the house. Grocers, bus stop 800 m. Sandy beach 3 km. Sand volleyball court near the house, behind a fir tree next to the swimming pool. Lake 700 m. Numerous watersports 3 km. Tennis court, shops, bank, restaurants in Wloszakowice 6 km. The keyholder comes twice a week to clean the swimming pool. Heating of the swimming pool on request (extra).The pool is open from 01.06 to 15.09.
Housing: 3-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels, practical, comfortable, nice and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace, satellite-TV and video, exit to the terrace, to the veranda, to the swimming pool. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed, exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom, exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, childrens highchair. Reserved parking, fenced. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. First floor with exit to furnished terrace which has a closed room (no access to guests). Veranda (glass atrium with flowers) with view and exit to swimming pool. Small house in the grounds with sauna for one person and WC (underfloor heating, air conditioning, fan). Table tennis. Free inflatable water toys.
Zaborówiec: Small resort, 22 km north from Wschowa, 70 km east from Zielona Góra, 40 km north-west from Leszno. In the resort: grocers. More possibilities for shopping 6 km. Access: railway station Wschowa 22 km. Bus service. Many forests, beautiful views. Hiking paths in forests and meadows. In the area of Przemecki Landscape Park there is some postglacial lakes connected by canals (canoeing and water sports possibility). In Brenna (3 km) there is an old windmill, In Rawicz - open-air museum of windmills. In Ciechowa village near Leszno worth visiting is open-air film museum Soplicowo with annual typical market (VI-VII). In this museum you can see the reconstruction of the typical country village of XIX century, needed for filming polish most known poem Pan Tadeusz. For arrivals by plane: airport Poznan (POZ), Wroclaw (WRO).
