Rospuda: Small village directly by the lake, 4 km north from Filipów, 25 km north-west from Suwalki, 65 km north-east from Elk. In the resort: grocers, restaurant. More possibilities for shopping and entertainments 4 - 25 km. Access: railway station Suwalki 25 km. Bus service. Varied countryside with hills, lakes and woods and few houses (14 buildings distributed within 3 km), on the banks of the Rospuda and Kamienne lakes. Thanks to the clean water and air, you can find crabs, swans and beavers here. There are 15 lakes in the area (fishing possible - from a boat in summer and in winter under the ice). For arrivals by plane: airport Warszawa (WAW) 270 km, Gdansk (WAW) 350 km.
