Description

The house is situated in Beskid Wyspowy. Krakow 30 km, Zakopane 70 km. Small natural pond in the garden. Near the River Raba. Mountain views. Small, modern, cosy house U Jedrusia, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 200 m from the woods edge, on a side street, in the green. Private: grounds 1500 m2 (fenced), garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna. Central heating. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house, individual garage. Grocers 800 m, supermarket 1.8 km, railway station 2 km. Indoor swimming pool 750 m, tennis, golf course 1.5 km, riding stables 2.5 km, ski lift 2 km, ski runs 10 km.

2-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels, practical, comfortable and stylish furnishings: shower/WC. Sauna. 1st floor: Lounge with chimney, satellite TV, radio, video, 2 sofa beds, exit to terrace. Small city, 30 km north from Kraków, 70 km north from Zakopane. In the resort: supermarket, shops, post office, bank, cinema. Indoor pool, wellness centre, sauna. Besides: chemist, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainments 5 - 30 km. Access: bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Kraków (KRK) 30 km.
