Description
Poronin - beautiful mountain town only 6 km from Zakopane. New, nice house, in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, in the green. For shared use: grounds 2000 m2 (fenced), garden 1200 m2 (fenced), lawn sunning area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating. Parking, in the grounds. Grocers 250 m, restaurant 2 km. Ski lift 400 m, chair lift 2.5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. The house is connected to the owners house.

Housing:
5-room house 250 m2 on 2 levels, very practical, comfortable and nice furnishings: open large living/dining room with open fireplace and TV, exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath-room, sep. WC. Nice view of the mountains.

Poronin:
750 - 1959 m. Quiet holiday resort with 3440 inhabitants. In the resort: shops, bakers, post office, bank, restaurant. Besides: chemist, doctor. For arrivals by plane: airport Kraków (KRK), Katowice (KTW).

Activities:
During winter time:
Ski region Bialka Tatrzanska 8 km. 3 chair lifts, 6 drag lifts. Ski school, snowboard school, childrens ski school. Further skiing: Bukowina Tatrzanska at 5 km, Murzasichle at 2 km.
