Private: garden (fenced) with lawn 500 m2, outside shower, patio (16 m2), terrace (40 m2), barbecue (swing). Motor access to the house (2 km via unmade road). Parking. Grocers 3.5 km, restaurant 10 km. Indoor swimming pool, tennis 10 km. River delta on the artificial lake Barragem do Cabril, appro 10 km by car, which is ideal for fishing and swimming. It is possible to request fresh bread 3 times a week as well as organic fruit and vegetables.
Housing: 3-room house 80 m2: living room with 1 double bed, open fireplace, satellite-TV, radio and electric heater. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and electric heater. Kitchen (oven) with dining table. 2 showers/WC. Deck chairs (6). Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. ,Hammock.
