Description
Terraced house, in a central position. For shared use: grounds 30000 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool (01.04.-30.10.), tennis. Grocers 300 m, restaurant 1 km, bar 300 m. Panoramic view of the mountains. Enclosed grounds with animals. Riverside beach, approx 17 km. Macedo dos Cavaleiros, 13 km. Inn, 5 km.The pool is open from 01.04 to 30.10.

Housing:
4-room terraced house 110 m2 on 2 levels: dining room with open fireplace. Kitchen (micro wave, deep freezer). Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (135 cm). 1 room with 2 beds, satellite-TV and radio. Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The kitchen and the dining room are in the same room and have stone walls.

Bornes:
Small village in the heart of the mountanous northeast of Portugal. Macedo de Cavaleiros, 25 km to the south. Mirandela, 35 km. One of the most beautiful small towns in the north of Portugal, know as the garden city. The city of Braganca with medieval remains, 40 km. Natural Park of Montesinho, 40 km. Rio Duero, 30 km, where one can visit the National Park or Parque Internacional as it is known and which was converted into a Global heritage site. Visit the archaelogical park at Foz Coa, 40 km, which is well known around the world for its Prehistoric remains. The region has kept many of its traditions and is famous for its diverse cuisine.
