Description
Terraced house, in the resort 1 km from the centre of Vila Nova de Cerveira. Private: garden 400 m2, swimming pool (01.07.-31.08.), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Room cleaning 2 times per week. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m. Sandy beach 8 km, cable cabin 1 km. Heating extra (120 euros per week).The pool is open from 01.07 to 31.08.

6-room terraced house 400 m2 on 2 levels: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and electric heater. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed, bath/bidet/WC and electric heater. 1 room with 1 double bed. Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with open fireplace and TV. Kitchen (oven). Nice view of the river. Facilities: washing machine.

Vila Nova De Cerveira:
Town situated next to the Spanish border on the banks of the river Mino. 15 km south of Valenca do Minho. 45 km south of Vigo. 45 km north of Viana do Castelo. There are numerous monuments showing a rich history.
