Cottage for 8 persons in Castro Marim (Portugal)

This luxury furnished linked villa (180m2) lies on the Castro Marim golf resort in the Algarve close to the Spanish border. The villa has a big terrace with a beautiful view, a private swimming pool and a fixed BBQ. Inside the house is a pleasant fireplace and complete aircon. Centrally situated, 40min. from Faro and 80min. from Seville, in the middle of 25 golf courses in the Algarve and 15 in east Andalusia!
You will find the villa in a group of four on the resort in a peaceful cul-de-sac, bordering along the fairway of the 9th hole. You can park at the house and the clubhouse is within walking distance. Cleaning service is 1x per week (see cost at the place), on request is a daily house cleaner as well, what it includes is a helper daily who will do the house holds. As tenant of the house, you will receive 50% discount on the green fee (for these extra’s please contact Euro Relais).
The beach is within 5km, where the resort has its own beach club. In the villa is a map with information over all the golf courses, restaurants, tips, where to go with children and more.
The resort has a view and borders along a big bird nature reserve with among others flamingo’s. The surrounding is still authentic Portuguese and not yet affected by mass tourism. Due to the location, it is ideal for Portugal as well as Spain lovers!


Ground floor: 1 hall (sink, WC), 1 livingroom (2 x single sofa bed, TV (satellite), fire place, radio, CD), 1 kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine), 2x bedroom (2 x single bed), 1 bathroom (bath, shower, sink, WC).

On 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 x single bed, bath, shower, sink, WC, french doors, balcony).

General: bedding, airconditioning, terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, swimmingpool (private, 10 x 5 m.), table football, billiards, cot.
