Description
Grune 4 km from Zazriva: Cosy chalet, in a quiet position on top of a hill. Private: grounds 1000 m2, lawn sunning area. Grocers 2.9 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1.7 km. Sitting area in the garden. Barbeue. Garage, 500 m. In winter when the snow is deep, parking 1 km from the house.

Housing:
4-room house on 2 levels, modern and cosy furnishings: living room with electric heating. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen (4 hotplates). Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed and radio. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains from the living room wich has a fireplace.

Zázrivá:
Large resort. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor pool at 15 km. Zilina 35 km. Dolný Kubín 28 km. This popular relaxation centre is starting point for tourists to the Mala Fatra national park. The local architecture is particularly popular. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Zilina (ILZ).

Activities:
During summer time:
Swimming pool 28 km. Walking path. Bicycles paths.
During winter time:
Cross country ski tracks. Vratná Dolina at 15 km, Kubínské hole at 22 km, Malá Lucivná at 6 km.
